Booking for your outdoor catering is based on the event date and our availability. Please book your catering service at least 15 days before your event date.
1)Advance Amount: An amount equal to 25% of the total estimated invoice must be paid at the time of booking. No orders will be accepted without this 25% payment. 2)Second Instalment: An amount equal to 50% of the total estimated invoice must be paid 15 days before the event. 3)Final Payment: The remaining 25% of the total estimated invoice must be paid on the event date.
Taxes (GST Extra): A tax invoice will be generated for all orders placed with Om Caterers. Taxes, including GST, will be added to the final invoice, generally at a rate of 18%.
We serve only pure vegetarian food. The client should finalize and submit the menu at least 7 days prior to the event. Failure to do so may cause delays. We recommend finalizing the menu at the time of booking to avoid any last-minute rush.
Non-Onion, Non-Garlic Food: If you require food to be prepared without onion or garlic, please specify at the time of booking. If not specified, food with onion and garlic will be served, and Om Caterers will not be held responsible.
Om Caterers will charge for a minimum number of persons as agreed upon at the time of booking, even if the actual number of attendees is less. However, if the number of attendees exceeds the minimum guarantee, additional charges will apply on a per head basis.
If you need to cancel the booking, please inform Om Caterers at least 7 days before the event date.
There will be no refund if the event is canceled within 6 days of the event date. Om Caterers will not refund any advance amount paid by the client if the event is canceled. For marriage bookings, the advance is non-refundable.
If any legal issues arise, they will be addressed in the Satara Judicial Court.
